Im a native speaking teacher from South Africa. I found a teaching job in Ho Chi Minh City but they are saying they only pay $12/hr and that’s a normal rate, but they pay $5 for every hour of office work, and other schools don’t pay for office work. Is it true?

First red flag is $12/hr seems very low – average is between $15-25 in HCMC. Most jobs don’t require office hours, if they do, they are sometimes paid at a lower rate, but most Private/Public schools and English centres require you to teach the lessons, no office work.

Once in a life time opportunity to purchase an apartment on the beach in Israel…right before prices dramatically taking off! Taking advantage of the opportunity of merging with Tel Aviv beautiful boardwalk prices will be more than double.
